In the Annual Council Meeting, held remotely, Leader of the Council Jack Hopkins announced changes to his cabinet team. Cabinet Member for Housing, Paul Gadsby, and Cabinet Member for Jobs, Skills and Community Safety, Mohammed Seedat, have left their leadership roles. The Labour councillor for Streatham South, Danny Adilypour, has joined the top team.
The new Cabinet make up is:
- Leader of the Council – Jack Hopkins
- Joint Deputy Leader and Housing and Homelessness – Jennifer Braithwaite (was Children and Young People)
- Joint Deputy Leader and Sustainable Transport, Environment and Clean Air – Claire Holland
- Health and Adult Social Care (job share) – Danny Adilypour (new appointment)
- The Voluntary Sector and Partnerships – Donatus Anyanwu
- Planning, Investment and New Homes – Matthew Bennett
- Children and Young People – Edward Davie (was Health and Adult Social Care)
- Health and Adult Social Care (job share) – Jim Dickson (was The Voluntary Sector and Partnerships)
- Jobs, Skills and Community Safety – Jacqui Dyer
- Finance and Performance – Andy Wilson
- Culture and Equalities – Sonia Winifred
